The Learning English in Yorkshire & the Humber (LEYH) website is currently the main project of MESH.

With funding from Migration Yorkshire and the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government, and in partnership with Feel Created, we have developed a website that provides information about opportunities to learn English across the Yorkshire and Humber region. This includes community-based learning opportunities as well as more structured ESOL classes. This resource is of use to learners, providers and others who work with migrant communities. We have also developed and run regular networking events across the region to bring providers together to find solutions to the current challenges faced by those working in the sector. With further funding, we have recently developed a second website, Learning English Plus that offers a range of support to ESOL tutors and volunteers, including teaching resources and information about training opportunities.
